Welcome to our website. Amway maintains this website as a service to our Amway Business Owners (“ABOs”) and Privileged Customers (“PCs”), as well as customers (potential and others) of our ABOs. Access to and use of the beautycycle.co.uk and beautycycle.ie websites (hereinafter the “Sites”) and the information, materials, products and services available through the Sites are subject to all applicable laws and regulations, these Terms of Use, and the Amway Terms and Conditions of Purchase. By using these Sites, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not continue to use these Sites.

Amway in its sole discretion reserves the right to update these Terms of Use, from time to time. If you are an ABO or a Privileged Customer, the Amway business guidelines additionally apply. We may modify, withdraw or deny access to these Sites at any time.

These Sites are intended for use from and in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland territory (“UK/RoI”), and is based on English law. Amway assumes no liability for use of these Sites from other countries.

1. Password protection

The password-protected portion of this Site is intended exclusively for ABOs and their customers and Privileged Customers in the UK/RoI.

(a) ABOs may give their customers access to a selected portion of the Site under certain conditions.

(b) If you do not know an ABO, please use the Contact Us Page found at www.beautycycle.co.uk and www.beautycycle.ie and Amway will forward your information to an ABO near you.

Please note: Passwords/access codes must not be given to third parties and must be protected from unauthorized access. If you learn of unauthorised use by third parties, you should notify Amway at once. Amway is not liable for damage caused as a result of improper use of the passwords/access codes by third parties.

2. Data entry and use/Amway Privacy Policy

All personal information you provide to us in the course of using these Sites will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Statement and Amway Privacy Policy. Information provided during use must be correct, complete, and current. If we have reason to believe that incorrect statements have been made, access to these Sites may be limited or blocked.

3. Use of www.beautycycle.co.uk and www.beautycycle.ie  websites content

These Sites and all the materials contained in them are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright, and either belong to Amway or are licensed to Amway to use. Materials include, but are not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics and documents on these Sites, as well as other content such as articles, stories and other text. No elements or contents of this Site may be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise publicly presented other than on the basis of prior written consent by Amway.

ABOs may download, store in unaltered form, and print the information published on these Sites for the purposes of their ABO business and (where that includes personal data) subject to our data protection policies, as set for in the Privacy Statement and Amway Privacy Policy. Attention should be paid to the up-to-date status of the information. Notices regarding the exercise of rights may not be removed or modified in any way whatsoever by ABOs or third parties (including customers of ABOs). The right of use of these Sites ends on termination of the ABO Contract (including any addendums thereto) without the need for separate termination by Amway. In the event of termination, all stored/printed materials must be deleted or destroyed to the extent they are not further required for legal reasons.

The name “Amway,” the Amway logo, all product and business designations, logos, and graphics on the Site are protected for Alticor. Inc. (Ada, Michigan, USA), Amway (UK) Limited, or their affiliated enterprises, unless otherwise noted or the names, brands, and logos belong to partner stores.

The use of images published on www.beautycycle.co.uk and www.beautycycle.ie always requires prior written consent from Amway!

4. Links to other websites

We may link to other websites which are not within our control.  “Links” are “dynamic” references. Amway is not responsible for these websites in any way. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions and privacy policy on any other website which you visit.

Linking from other websites to www.beautycycle.co.uk and www.beautycycle.ie requires prior written consent from Amway. Such consents (if given) will only be given for links directed to the home page of www.beautycycle.co.uk and www.beautycycle.ie, and may be revoked at any time in the sole discretion of Amway.

6. Violations of the Terms of Use

In case of violation of these Terms of Use, particularly in case of other than intended use of the Sites or individual elements of the Sites, access to the Sites may be restricted or completely blocked.

7. Miscellaneous

Amway reserves the right to partially or entirely alter, block, or discontinue these Sites at any time and for any reason. We do not guarantee that these Sites will be compatible with all or any hardware and software which you may use.  We do not guarantee that these Sites will be available all the time or at any specific time. 

8. Saving Clause

Should one of the provisions in these Terms of Use be invalid, it shall be considered to be modified or deleted to the necessary extent. To the extent that any of the provisions herein are invalid, the content of the Terms of Use shall be based on the statutory provisions. In other respects the Terms of Use remain valid.

9. Choice of law; Jurisdiction and Venue

For the use of www.amway.co.uk and any disputes arising with regard to these Terms of Use, the laws of England apply exclusively. As far as legally permissible, the courts of England and Wales, are agreed to have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of www.beautycycle.co.uk and these Terms of Use.

1. General notes

Please note: Product/order queries submitted through www.beautycycle.co.uk and www.beautycycle.ie are processed exclusively by your ABO.

The Terms of Use for Customers of On-line Shops of ABOs (hereinafter “Customers’ Terms” shall not be interpreted to create a binding purchase agreement between you and Amway (UK) Limited. We will accept your orders only where your ABO processes your orders, as set out below. Your ABO will deliver your orders to you.

2. Access

Please contact your ABO directly if you would like access to his/her on-line business at www.amway.co.uk or www.amway.ie. Your ABO can register you as a customer of his/her business. Upon the forwarding of your registration to Amway by your ABO, you will receive your personal access code by E-mail directly from Amway. On your first visit to the on-line business of your ABO, you will be asked to change your personal access code.

If you do not know an ABO, please use the Contact Us Form provided at www.beautycycle.co.uk or www.beautycycle.ie. Amway will forward your information to an ABO near you.

3. Ordering

To order products, you must select the product(s) and quantities you wish to purchase and place the selected products in your “shopping cart.” When you are finished selecting products, click the “Send Order” button to submit your order.

On your ABO’s next visit of his/her on-line business at www.beautycycle.co.uk or www.beautycycle.ie, a notice regarding your product query will be displayed and your ABO will finalise your order.

Please note: Your query is not sent directly to Amway and is not processed by Amway. Your ABO is exclusively responsible for processing your product/order query(ies).

Your ABO will send you a product order form containing the product(s) selected by you within a reasonable period of time from receipt of your query. The order form will indicate the cost of each individual product in your order form.

To order products you must consent to the order form sent to you by your ABO, for instance, by sending him/her an E-mail message. Following your acceptance of the order form your ABO will process your order with Amway (UK) Limited and upon doing so this will create a purchase agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) between you and Amway (UK) Limited (upon the terms of the order form and the Amway Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

Please note: See Section 5, below, and the Amway Terms and Conditions of Purchase for details on cancelling the Purchase Agreement.

4. Prices in the on-line shop

The prices in the on-line shop at www.beautycycle.co.uk and www.beautycycle.ie shall be those set by Amway, from time to time (the “Retail Price”).

5. Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your Purchase Agreement(s) for the purchase of goods by sending a written notice of cancellation to your ABO no later than 15 working days following the delivery of the goods to the address given on your order form. You will not be penalised and we do not require an explanation for the cancellation; however you will be responsible for the cost of the safe return of the goods. Please contact your ABO and complete the Cancellation Form should you wish to cancel your Purchase Agreement for the purchase of goods.

If you have any concerns or complaints in relation to any aspect of the goods or the standard of service provided, please notify your ABO of any such concerns.  If your ABO does not satisfactorily address your concerns, please contact Amway (UK) Limited, Business Services, at St. Anne’s House, Caldecotte Lake Drive, Caldecotte Business Park, Caldecotte, Milton Keynes, MK7 8JU. The Direct Selling Association (“DSA”) also operates a dispute resolution service for any consumer who is still not satisfied.

The right to cancel your Purchase Agreement(s) for the purchase of goods as provided in this document is in addition to the Amway Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (“ACSG”), as explained in Section 6, below, or any other applicable guarantees or warranties. Any claim resulting from the use of Amway products which does not fall within the ACSG must be referred to Amway (UK) Limited by the ABO who fulfilled your order.  The ABO has not authority to settle such claims on behalf of Amway.

The provisions of this right to cancel do not affect your statutory rights.

6. Amway Customer Satisfaction Guarantee or “ACSG”

We stand behind the quality of Amway products and guarantee your satisfaction. Unless otherwise specified, all unmarked products distributed by Amway and featured in the Amway Product Brochure, AMWAYTM Gift Collection Brochure and AMWAY Boutique Brochure carry the ACSG. If you should not be completely satisfied, please return the product or the unused quantity as per the Return Instructions below. Jewellery items are only eligible for refunds, if the full set is returned. The ACSG does not apply to (i) products that have been used for purposes other than their intended purpose in normal domestic use; (ii) products that have been intentionally damaged or misused; (iii) Amway-distributed products which provide a specified time period for return including those products marked with a (*) symbol in the Amway Product Brochure, AMWAY Gift Collection Brochure and AMWAY Boutique Brochure, and/or (iv) those products covered by express written warranties.

Return Instructions

Customers must return products to their ABO. The ABO, as authorised and supported by Amway, will offer the choice of: (a) replacement without charge; (b) full credit toward the purchase of another Amway-distributed product; or (c) refund to the full value of the purchase price. If the customer is not able to contact the Amway Business Owner, he may contact the Business Services Department on (+44) 01908 629400.

The ACSG is applicable in the UK/RoI territory and is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

7. Availability

If individual products are not available at Amway at the time of your product/order query (and thus cannot be ordered at that time by your ABO), this is indicated directly upon selection and you will be unable to add this product to your shopping cart.
